After the rain

Last evening we had tremendous thunder storms over Dartmoor so this morning, which started fine, you could almost guarantee lovely cloud formation over the moor.

We were not to be disappointed and although we were in sunshine, all around were moody skies adding to the drama of the moors.

Just after we got back to base the sky emptied and it pored down, That started the pattern of weather for the day, one minuet fine then whoosh, it is so sudden you don't have time to shelter. And it seems I am cooking a bar-b-que this evening!!
