Fill the frame!

I was inspired by two comments on yesterday's image by joeblips and cbimages.  So I went out today with the intention of filling the frame rather than cropping.  I took several images on my walk and have settled on this one.  I like the contrast between sharp and blurred and I believe it conveys a message, if it does so much the better.  Photographs should have something to say!
