Heavy Petting

These two black cockatoos were sitting on the branch for at least twenty minutes, very much enjoying each other's company.
They mate for life, and these two seem very happy with their choice.
The one on the left is so enraptured that its eyes are closed.

They were a long way away, and this is a small crop, but I think the sentiment is more important than the technical quality:)
