My Dear Princess and Dear Fellow, 

I had a VERY UPSETTING EXPERIENCE today!

My sad tale begins with a moment of triumph. I went into a corner store and found 

WALKER'S CRISPS

It was very exciting. You don't get them over here. There are some "chippies" I like that are close in terms of consistency and flavour, but I do miss chicken flavour and smoky bacon flavour. 

But there they were! Still sitting in a Walker's box on the floor!

I bought myself four packets and put them in my carrier bag, pleased with myself.

BUT

As I headed back to the office at the pedestrian crossing WHOOOOOSH - 

And they were GONE! An entire PACKET of crisps, ripped from my bag! By the time I turned around, they were at the NEXT set of lights!

I considered giving chase, but they would have been in Porirua by the time I got to the next set of lights.

I cut my losses, took firm hold of the remaining three bags and made a mental note to eat them in situ next time.

Stupid Windy Wellington.
