Bullrushes

We didn't need to be on "duty" today to take Grandson P to and from Daycare, so we had a slightly more leisurely start to the day and then went for a walk through Cedarwood Ravine here in Toronto. It's one of our favourite walks here and never disappoints. We'd woken to about 3" of overnight snow: the sky was blue and the sun was shining so the place looked gorgeous. It took me a while to decide which of my several photos to blip, but decided on these backlit bullrushes with their "hats" of snow.
