New sensory display

I’m finally getting on top of all the sensory work that I am trying to do alongside everything else.  This is my new ‘touchy feely’ display, where the children can use the mirrors to make different emotions etc.  All the lettering is of different textures too.  The display opposite this one is all sorts of activities that the children can choose to do if they are dis-regulated.  The idea being that they start to realise what they need (e.g. trampoline, sensory tent, throwing, rolling on balls etc) in order to regulate themselves so that they have strategies to use in the future.  

Taught spellings and art today, which both went well.  Knackered now!
