but as you can see, we're back online as of 1 minute ago!

i have to say that we have had the very best help imaginable from BT/EE tonight, but we do need to get to the bottom of why BT have been charging us over 80 quid a month for years, and why EE thought that dropping it to 60 per month was a good deal.

i think we deserve a hefty refund!
