Stand Off

On our walk today we navigated our way through a field of sheep who were more interested in Hollie than she was in them.

She is off the lead and completely unimpressed, her only focus is the ball firmly clamped in her mouth.

I walked four miles today, making the village of Munslow our half way point instead of the destination.

It was a great outing and we met other dog walkers who were also enjoying a chilly but occasionally sunny afternoon.

And on returning home I was treated to a lovely lunch of home made cauliflower and potato soup with stoneground bread rolls.

Simple pleasures, happy days!
