Dinner

We were up and out early this morning as I had a doctor's appointment to check on my progress.  All seems to be fine and they have adjusted my medication for the next month, so we'll see......

Then on to our Group meeting.  Unfortunately our speaker had to cancel as his wife had a stroke (while driving) and is very poorly.  Instead we had some old Tom Weir films, which were really interesting, mostly of places that we had walked so nice memories for Bob and I.

Then we had to go to the hospital for Bob's physio session which he thought was very good.  Home via the shops, and I still had no blip.

So I blipped our dinner, buttered chicken with rice, onion and peppers.  It was very tasty!  We had some melon to start, so plenty of fruit and veg!
