Veiled

Our neighbours opposite had an ambulance, a critical car and finally a fire engine turn up at their house.  The man of the house was eventually taken out strapped onto a stretcher and the ambulance drove away slowly.  We know D quite well and it’s so awful for his family to have such a medical emergency.  I sat and prayed, watching through the net curtains.  When we know we are clear of Covid infection we will obviously go and enquire how things are going.
