mad big
I thought I'd got my big camera working with the scope last year after fishing out and playing about with the macro extender rings, when the device specifically sold as a Nikon-to-Celestron converter didn't work, but I need to have another go in the daylight rather than going straight to getting even a large planet in focus. Edgar had wanted to pop out to look at the Venus/Saturn alignment, but it was just a bright blob even at full magnification, whereas the four big moons were nicely laid-out. There was even a fleeting glimpse of some of the bands when moving the eyes to and from the eyecup.
