Texture
To hand were a canvas with an old painting gessoed over, pressed leaves that fell out of a newspaper, and some goo that I had mixed up with gel medium, gesso and a hint of acrylic paint.
Lacking any plan, I painted a thick layer of goo on to the canvas and pressed the leaves into it, let them dry a little, and carefully peeled them off. I did the same with a crocheted doily on one section.
Now I have a textured canvas. Next step? That is for tomorrow.
