Emergency Blip

Spent a lovely day tidying my studio interspersed with some sewing. I finished the quilt too I blipped last week, and started on an improvised one using some fabric squares, strips and blocks I’ve been given. I have really enjoyed the creativity- so different to the rigidity of the previous quilt. The photo is the first few pieces I’ve sewn into a rectangle. I’ll do the same with all the other bits and hopefully they will fit together- fingers crossed!

Today is Libby’s birthday. I find it hard to believe that she is now 4. It seems she has had a lovely day.
