It’s important to occasionally do nothing. She was on her phone so ideally she should just be listening to the sounds around her.

The photo was taken by the very full River Itchen as I was walking back from the Basics Bank. As is always the case I met some really nice people and you wonder what happened in life such that they needed to pick up free food.

The wall behind her is the medieval wall that was built on top of the Roman one.

In the evening I’ve croaked my way through choir practice.
