Living in a box!

Anne and I parted in a rush this morning as we both overslept!!

I had the nurse at 9am, who applied yet another type of dressing. Hopefully the repair will now happen! From there I drove to North Berwick to meet with my old friends from way back when. She's having a 6 week block of treatment in Edinburgh and they've done a lovely thing. They're renting 3 holiday homes for 2 week blocks within an hour if Edinburgh. They live in Shetland, so renting was inevitable - of course I offered my house but they've already booked. What a brave and positive couple. They hope to visit me in Millport before they return north.

I attended what will be the last organised farewell do for me. Dinner at my friends house for 16!! Great fun. More memories created and I think the reality of what I'm doing is beginning to sink in. ..

Good news today. 2 folk made enquiries about the house. One will visit the week of the 12th and the other has had interest on hers so is keen to return to see mine for the third time. Fingers crossed!

Off to the parentals tomorrow for a week but not before a hair cut and Spin Saturday!
