Seen better days

The keepfit was cancelled today so after a few chores I went for a run while the sun was shining. There were snowdrops coming out in the woods, I saw a goldcrest and a buzzard and a dog-walker with lots of large dogs went a different way when he saw me (thank, sir). I also passed the latest wrecked vehicle in the wood.
It was hard work running as there was a layer of slippery mud in many places and I'd not put on the grippiest shoes.
Our new mattress was delivered this afternoon (postponed from Friday) and we got the old one into the car boot fairly easily to take it to the tip.
