Hurrah: internet restored

After being without the internet for the best part of 2 days as a result of Sunday's storm , it was finally restored late afternoon today. It's amazing just how dependant we have become on it for many of the services we take for granted; radio, TV catch up, Blip, banking etc, and sources of reference to name but a few. I suppose there are more things I could add to my phone, but I prefer not to. Tonight's supper -extra- a prototype Spaghetti Carbonara using what leftovers I could find in the fridge plus onion, chopped tomatoes and herbs for flavour.
