First Frog Out

I haven't seen any frogs for a couple of months. They go into a 'light' hibernation during our coldest months and then reemerge when things begin to warm up. This little guy must have decided to step out there 'first' to get the early insects. He was sitting on a rock by the side of a pond at Kanapaha Botanical Gardens just starring at the water, perhaps contemplating some deep froggy thoughts.
