Mono macro (Day 3550)

I was vaguely aware of my beautiful wife getting up this morning at ridiculous o'clock so she could zoom to town and catch a ferry to the north isles. I got up at a much more reasonable hour, and after breakfast, took Sigyn for a wander in the rain.
Back home and after getting organised, I headed off to a customer I was at last week. After an epic struggle last time changing kitchen taps, the job today was easier - sorting out a constantly running toilet cistern which was also very slow to fill. I reckon that the majority of the problem was the now disconnected rainwater harvesting. I suspect that the water wasn't being filtered properly and consequently there was a fair bit of grit in the cistern. Everything was also slimy with algal growth which was a bit of a surprise in a cistern which is built into a wall.
With all that done, I headed back home for a coffee, then got Sigyn out for another wander, this time in thick drizzle.
The rest of the afternoon has been spent doing very little and trying to get into a position where there isn't much in the way of pain and I don't have pins and needles in my leg. I was fairly unsuccessful.
