Distant towers

It’s been a beautiful day today with the sun shining most of the day. After waking far too early at 3am, I stayed in bed till 5am. By 8am I had had two breakfasts, the first one, tea and porridge and the second one, green tee and toast! Next it was off to the supermarket whose shelves were still pretty bare at 8:45 especially in the vegetable and bread aisles, a knock on from the storm perhaps? Then a long walk with a friend before lunch then spent the afternoon lazily in the house. 
My blip is a view from one of the bedroom windows over to an old nursing home which is now residential flats. We can only see the turrets in the winter when the trees are bare and I always think they look very exotic as if I am looking over to another continent!
