Shenanigans

Light was dropping fast but today after the dog walk the accounts had to be a priority and I nailed it, thankfully. 

The goldfinch family were hitting the feeders hard. I had my camera already set up there so when moseying past for a coffee took a few shots.

I've put them through Nik filters just to add a bit of ...something ...

I was on the phone in my office to the accountant when there was an almighty bang from under the desk. Millie backed away looking very shocked and I thought immediately that we had had an electrical incident. It transpired after I'd crawled underneath that she had eaten the cable through to the Mac monitor. How did I not see that happening? Luckily it wasn't on, there is a circuit breaker and she survived to tell the tale or at least she wagged her tail. The result of this is that I've spent hours sorting the room and cables - trying valiantly to hide them. There are a lot of cables. 

More than that the monitor which I had months of trouble replacing was ok too!
