Visiting Christian.

Today was a public holiday, as Australia Day fell on a Sunday.

We went to see Christian.

We took some fresh flowers, some bread for the birds, cleaned his grave, and got rid of a wasp's nest.

The wasp's nest has been there a few weeks, and it was getting bigger.

We had some fly spray, but as soon as Alexandra sprayed them, they went mad.

Luckily, the spray took effect pretty quick.  We were able to knock down the nest and were able to see more baby wasps waiting to hatch.

I felt really mean killing them all off.

There was also one persistent wasp that kept coming back, obviously still looking for the nest.

Anyway, nobody got stung, which is good.

The girls go back to school tomorrow.
