Hidden World

Went over to St Ives Estate this afternoon and for a change, I took the path opposite the pond. There’s a nice cascade at the top which comes from the overflow and then just below that there is a massive dead old tree which is where I took this. The hole in the trunk is just above eye height so I had to stand on my tip toes to get a good look inside. I thought it looked quite magical.
