The New Season Kicks Off

An exciting night at Firhill as Partick Thistle hosted the first game in our first season back in the Scottish top division for 9 years.

The evening fun started with the big crowd and a live TV audience watch a botched attempt at unfurling the Jag's First Division champions' flag. We hoped that this was not an omen for the night ahead!

The match turned out to be an entertaining and nerve-racking end to end attacking encounter with a well deserved share of the points. If we scrap like this for the rest of the season, hopefully we can hold our own.
