Race

There was a friendly Regatta between the three local clubs and I took part as a cox - I am not racing at the moment until I am sure that my shoulder is totally better and I learn not to get tense when competing, however I have no excuse not to cox. It went fine and I enjoyed it, but it was very cold! I realise coming back that I hadn't taken any photo, so took this one of the Pentlands.
In the afternoon, Julian and I went to his mum's flat - someone was supposed to collect the rest of the clothes. Sadly, they didn't turn up and didn't even have the decency to apologise.
Then I went back to Portobello for a film and food event hosted by one of my rowing friends. We watched The Apartment  - a 1960 American film by Billy Wilder - and she made Spaghetti alla Puttanesca. I really enjoyed the film  and he food was delicious.
