It’s nice to be appreciated. I got a lovely bunch of flowers and a card from the Mum of a girl I tutor. She has been out of school for 3 weeks and I have been working with her twice a week. She has made some excellent progress despite being 3 years behind. Her confidence has also improved. She started at a new school this morning for half days. Her mum wrote beautiful words in the heart card.
The Rev and I had a productive day at the house making a frame for the new front door. This evening we went to the cinema to see The Real Pain. An unusual film; funny in parts and thought provoking in others. Very appropriate for today’s National Holocaust Day.
