Holocaust Memorial Day

It's been an at-home day—not unusual for a Monday. G went out for a meeting about her social media work while I got on with month-end tasks.

Our friend rachelwhynot mentioned the special ceremony taking place today at Auschwitz, which was starting at 6:30 local time. It meant we could watch it from the start. It was so moving and sobering. I had to get some shots from the TV to record the moment. I'll have to see if the video is available on YT and post a link.

It makes for a better record of the day than posting a picture of my Mozart chocolates to mark Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's birthday. :) We are getting ready to listen to Jane Goodall tomorrow. Can't wait.
