Three in a row

I was given a book and some kit for sourdough bread at Xmas. I’ve made plenty loaves and while most were edible, they have been far from perfect. I’ve tried a number of recipes and approaches before settling on one which gave me a tasty sourdough loaf which looked and tasted good. And I’ve now done it three times so I’ll stick to that method before experimenting further.
