Stop and stare

A quick visit to the local shops on a cold, blustery, showery day, then Mr. Beewatcher fancied a quiet sit-down with his library book in the car.
The car park beside the recreation ground was his venue of choice, so I had a quiet sit-down with my camera. As it happened, in a brief sunny interval.
But what on earth can all those seagulls eat ?
