Waiting for the Harvest

It has been another warm glorious day.
A very much simpler picture than last night.
I loved the tractor track up the hill through the oil seed rape field,
which has long since flowered and gone to seed.
The subtle golden yellow and rich grass green,
beautifully complemented
the soft blues in the evening clouds.
