Heron

We have discovered another wonderful Wetlands on the Swan River in Bayswater.  The I P Hinds Reserve was absolutely jam packed when we arrived and is obviously a very very popular place for families to visit on the weekend.  I saw an opportunity to take my new Sigma 150-600 lens over there to practise using it.  It makes my whole setup a lot heavier and there is obviously a technique in how to keep the camera really steady when using it.  Anyway, I was quite pleased with this image and it's definitely encouraging me to keep up the practise sessions.
