A couple of new 'things' in have appeared in Trafalgar Square since the last time I was there. A giant blue cockerel on the fourth plinth and the Great Britain Boat, which will be competing in the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race.

I walked to Knightsbridge then ended up having a very quick look around the Victoria & Albert Museum (I must go back another day to the 1980s Club to Catwalk exhibition!) There was a small free photographic exhibition at the Royal Geographical Society too just up the road from the V&A, for the Travel Photographer of the Year which was quite interesting.
