SADs

The SADs have got me. 

A combination of factors all coming together at the same time. The midwinter blues. The anticlimax of this weekend after last. The litany of destruction between my home and Falkland. Seeing pictures on Facebook of Junior enjoying the tropics, as well as an endless supply of fantastic food. 

Anyway, tomorrow is Monday so that will rattle my cage big time. 

It was not all doom and gloom. I visited the local Asian supermarket. I replenished my stock of fresh fruit and veg at Pillars of Hercules. 

It will be an interesting and enjoyable week (weather permitting) so I just need to focus on that... once I get Monday out of the way!
