No birds here

We did the Big Garden Birdwatch today, optimistically hoping birds still go out and about in light drizzle ... Well, they don't. We thought last year's total of a couple of pigeons was bad but this year we saw no birds at all in our hour of birdwatching. It will be interesting to see if this is just our situation or a wider bird decline.
