Meet Karin

Meet Karin. Karin means pure and it is my new starter, made from gluten free flour, cultivated for a week and it is now ready to be transformed into my first sourdough gluten free loaf. I hope it will do its job well, it definitely seems ready with all the bubbles forming up.

It seems like I’ve reached another milestone at Blipfoto. 11 incredible years, I hope my starter will live at least that long along with me. Thank you all for being such a great, kind, inspiring, and more blip community.
