Backblip (Saturday ) following power cut 

Woke up to a very cold house as still no power.  I so missed starting the day without a hot cup of tea.  I popped over to my neighbour who has the Rayburn with a flask which she kindly filled with hot water.  I needed to charge my phone which these days you can do in the car, so went to Bassenthwaite for a walk through the woods to the lake.  My mum's tree was as usual looking great so couldn't resist blipping it.  Back home and still no power.  I took some soup to my neighbour to heat up on her Rayburn which was good.  Back home to the woodburner and candlelight.  Thank goodness I was able to read on my kindle which was fully charged.
