Today's the day  . . . . . . . . . to wait patiently 

Not a lot to report today.

We returned home after our very comfortable night in Moniaive, reassured by the notification from SP Networks that all power would be restored by the end of today.  This has just changed to - 'end of tomorrow'.  So it looks like we have (at least) another day without electricity ahead of us.

We do know now what has caused the problem and it does involve a massive amount of work - clearing fallen trees and re-connecting wires.  I'm sure that everyone is working flat out to try and sort it all.  We'll just have to wait patiently - and find different ways of doing things in the meantime  . . . . . . . ?!
