High Adventure!

High Adventure in Cowling have such a great, eye catching display of wooden climbers, cyclist and walkers in their wall. I love it! Mum and I spotted them once again as we drove to Colne. 

The pavements were absolutely lethal this morning with a combination of thick ice you could see, and hidden black ice. The sides of the roads were thick with it too. 

A trip to Boundary Mills in Colne for a jolly good meander, perfume squirt and general browse. Just a pair of ultra cosy 'heat holder' socks purchased but let's face it, snuggly items can never be snuffed at!! 

Blink and you miss it, the weekend is all but done...not before a cosy evening in is enjoyed though!
