Improving (Day 3548)

It seemed very cold when I took Sigyn out for her morning wander, probably because of the very strong wind.
I wriggled out of waterproofs back at home and was soon off to town with my beautiful wife to do the weekly shopping, a task which seems to turn up the pain level from my sciatica. Back home I did nothing for the rest of the morning while HV was off doing some trimming.
At midday I took Sigyn out for another wander as the weather improved. The wind has dropped a fair bit and we were only caught in one brief shower.
I elected to stay home after lunch while HV headed off to see the horses. I'm trying to rest up as much as possible in the hope the sciatica will ease off. I doesn't appear to be working.
