A Lovely Weekend

The Regional Equip conference finished today. It was am amazing weekend and I really enjoyed it. Mum's good friend, Karen (pictured here, in the middle) came up from Spain for the conference and it was amazing being able to catch up with her. She saw me when I was my lowest point, months before I decided to leave my ex-husband, taking Little Man with me. She also got to meet Caleb again after 24 years (we went to visit her, when she lived in Scotland, in 2001). Caleb recently got glasses and I think they suit him.

Little Man and I were home by midafternoon. I got the fire started, again and we spent the afternoon relaxing after a busy weekend. Little Man's father called and Little Man really enjoyed talking to him. There was a lot of giggling. We also spoke with my parents.
