It's raining men..............

...................... not really. I arrived at the gym this morning, and within a few minutes we heard the devastating news that Vic is being moved to Y Bwthyn, which is end of life care. Hard to believe that ten days ago he was with us having cup cakes and coffee for his  birthday.  We were all in shock, and did  do some work, but then decided to go and have a coffee.  As soon as we sat down his daughter, Tina, arrived, and sat with us for a coffee. Vic wanted her to put his gym membership on hold, but she cancelled it, as she knows he won't be coming back. How things can change, in such a short time.
