Big garden birdwatch 2025

I finally managed it this morning as yesterday's plan didn't happen.  The highlight today was two great spotted woodpeckers chasing each other around one of the tree trunks. One of them was also feeding from one of the feeders-first time I had seen that this year.  The chasing theme continued with the 2 robins and 2 blackbirds (both male).
Sadly missed the great tits although Merlin heard them this morning, but not so upset about the parakeets - they only managed a very noisy flypast this year. Numbers in the extra.
Back to the garage sort out this afternoon after church and lunch..  Aiming to end up with one Ikea bag of pots and trays to go to the allotment and another one of the extras to go to the garden centre, where they have a pot sharing/recycling bin.
