My annual pilgrimage to the National Running Show, this time for the whole weekend.

The usual combination of laughing at the ridiculousness of running folk (whilst aware that I am a part of that crowd), some inspirational bits, some funny bits and a lot of people trying to sell you stuff that you don’t need.

Faves were Scott Jurek, Holly Stables and Gary House. Some good nuggets of advice to take away and then probably never put into practice.

A lovely evening in the city meeting Lucy for a delicious dinner at Tiger Bites Pig - where I’ve been meaning to go forever. Managed an entire rice bowl with only chopsticks which was an endurance event that, quite frankly, I deserved a medal for.
