A unicorn birthday

Another birthday, last week one of my granddaughters and grandson had a birthday on the same day, this week it was their younger sister’s turn. January is horribly expensive! She usually asks me to make a very intricate cake in terms of decoration that is way beyond my skills. This year these fabulous cupcake cases went down very well. She even ate the cake!
