Fido Sends Them Flying

On Wednesday, the temperature was 8F and the windchill was -20, and both of our cars wouldn't start. Uh-oh. With me being mostly out of commission, it was up to Lisa to get the motorcade running. On Thursday...she moved.

Daughter Karen and boyfriend Damien stepped up to jump the van, and Lisa took it out to Autozone and got a new battery. Then, they used the van to jump Winnie, our little Ford Taurus.

When Lisa went to work today, I thought I would take Winnie for a ride...if she would start. SHE DID!

I was shooting the 5 geese when they suddenly bolted. Why? Little Fido was out of frame, but I quickly saw him after lowering the camera. 

The scene opened up before me,
and the sounds were far from mute.
But how to be mad at the puppy...
when she is so doggone cute?
