Relief

After months of nagging, finally admitting he was struggling, getting an appointment and being referred to the orthopaedic team, Stuart now has a new right hip! Can’t fault the NHS - less than 4 months from when he eventually gave on and went to see the gp.

Dropped him at 7 this morning, and got a call off him at 10 to say it was all done.

We went to visit tonight and the epidural hadn’t completely worn off so he hadn’t been out of bed but all being well he will be home tomorrow.

Three positives:
1) obviously, the operation is done
2) had two good walks with Barney
3) another three points for Liverpool
