Plenty of sunshine

A sub zero scoot around the farm before ParkRun.
An invitation for brunch accepted.
Midday for an hour on Westward Ho beach with plenty of canines and a few brave surfers.
With Dippy suitably exercised it was my time to get to the gym, sauna and pool where I managed 30 lengths (not 25 metres)
Back to Amadeus for a light lunch and prepare a lamb hotpot and a couple of pigs trotters in the slow cooker.
Down to the bird feeders to top up the peanuts , the seed feeder was virtually empty when I arrived but I hadn’t got any spare with me. A job for the morning.
Pitch black when we got home to our cosy van. Some really tasty dry cured, thick sliced smoked back bacon with mushrooms and fried bread hit the spot.
