Greenfield Valley Parkrun

SATURDAY

I gave my new running shoes a road test at the Greenfield Valley Parkrun this morning. 

Despite icy stretches on the course requiring caution, I managed an official time of 27:53 which is just 5 seconds slower than my PB here. 

A trip to Rhyl this afternoon with a 6km walk on the beach and promenade.
