transformed

My garden is unrecognisable from the way it has been for the last 4-5 summers.

"Normal" weather has made a huge difference to the plants, to the time I'm able to spend on it, and to my motivation to spend that time.

Several parts are still looking a bit neglected, but that's to be expected given my frequent absences and the level of neglect imposed by all those wet summers.

Gardening has gone back to being a pleasure, as opposed to a chore (to be dealt with between downpours). I'm no fanatic (my dad was) but I do like to be able to enjoy it.

I was sitting thinking about it in the late afternoon, so decided the garden should be the Blip.
