Another cracking rack

Very troubling day at work.  I can't go into details about it here, but let's just say I was very worried about someone all day, and found my anxiety had been entirely justified.  I got out for a 'mental health' walk at dusk, and gave my Mum a call on the way - she was very helpful and reassuring. 

Played a nicely distracting game of Scrabble with Tim in the evening.  He beat me!
